Delete your FeuFitness account

You can ask us to delete your FeuFitness account and the information linked to it at any time.

How to ask

1. Email privacy@luailtd.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject Delete my account - FeuFitness.
2. We'll reply to confirm it's you.
3. Once confirmed, we'll delete your account and its data within 30 days and tell you when it's done.

Deleting an account is permanent. Before you ask, save anything you want to keep, such as any reports you have exported.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in details
• Data you chose to sync to the cloud, such as your profile, weight, food, water and exercise records
• Messages you sent to the in-app coach, where we hold them

What we may keep

We may keep limited records that the law requires us to keep, for example billing records. Copies held in our provider's backups are overwritten on their normal schedule. Anything you already exported or emailed is outside our control.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Apple or Google. Cancel it in your device's subscription settings so you aren't charged again.
