How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, choose Forgot password. We email a one-time code to the address on your account.
How do I get a copy of an inspection report?
Open the inspection and choose Export PDF, or use one of the email buttons to send the full report, the landlord items, or the tenant items.
Where does the market rent data come from?
From the market rent statistics published by MBIE through Tenancy Services. It is a guide only and is not a valuation or a recommendation of what rent to charge.
